Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxwell Smart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes into the arena with Crash by 12 Stones blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis scores with a shot to the body.
Smart fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Davis avoids it really well and circles away.
Smart misses with a hook.
Davis jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Davis scores with a sloppy right hand. Smart should have avoided that one.
Davis stuffs the takedown attempt from Smart. Smart gets slowly back to his feet.
