The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell misses with a series of wild punches.
Nice defenses there by Liddell.
J dodges the punch combination from Liddell.
Chuck Liddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liddell misses with a few strikes there.
J misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Liddell.
Liddell looks to land a left hand but J moved out of range nicely.
J throws a shot from downtown. Liddell moves away and avoids it.
A punch combination from Liddell misses.
J throws a looping overhand right but Liddell ducks down to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Liddell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but J moves away.
J slips under a jab.
J throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Liddell makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Liddell lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as J backs up against the cage.

It looks like Brijwanth J has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

J slips under a jab from Liddell.

Liddell cracks J with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! J looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Liddell finish him?

J is rocked!
J looks gassed!
Liddell lands a brutal uppercut that launches J off his feet! J tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
