The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gracie circles away quickly and effectively.

Gracie clinches with his opponent.
Gracie with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Johnston breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Johnston pulls Gracie in close to prevent any damage.

Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Johnston wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Gracie is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Gracie hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
