PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between cerebreus Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shinigami Nakajima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage shoots in for a double leg but Nakajima sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Rage avoids a strike by Nakajima and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Nakajima's guard! Fantastic escape!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Nakajima wants to stand and escape but Rage is having none of it.

Shinigami Nakajima showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to cerebreus Rage.
I think Rage has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
