PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cthulhu Fhtagn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bret Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fhtagn kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Cthulhu Fhtagn!. Hart has chosen The Sharpshooter as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fhtagn with a hook.
Fhtagn tries to clinch but Hart moves out of range.
Fhtagn comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Fhtagn throws a series of punches but Hart avoids them all with ease.

Fhtagn has closed the distance and engaged Hart in a clinch.
Fhtagn comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Fhtagn just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hart's brow.

Hart manages to reverse the position and now he's in Fhtagn's guard. Nice work there by Hart.

That's time! Fhtagn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Hart shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fhtagn pinned against the cage. Fhtagn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fhtagn sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Bret Hart showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!
