Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Liam Lam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Blakk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lam doesn't manage to clinch there - Blakk circles away.
No luck for Lam with that takedown attempt.
Lam throws a leg kick which misses Blakk's front leg but catches the back leg as Blakk tries to avoid it.
Blakk misses with a takedown attempt - Lam sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Blakk closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lam to the mat! Lam manages to get full guard.

Blakk has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lam is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Blakk.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Blakk can do anything to dispel that myth.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Blakk shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Blakk was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
