The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wagner tries to clinch up but Ulfsson circles away and keeps his distance.
Wagner throws a series of punches but Ulfsson avoids them all with ease.
Wagner throws a sloppy head kick and Ulfsson moves out of range easily.
Wagner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ulfsson pinned against the cage. Ulfsson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wagner.
Olvi Wagner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wagner shoots in for a double leg but Ulfsson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Wagner shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ulfsson defends it nicely.

Wagner tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Ulfsson lets loose with a powerful body kick. Wagner will feel that in the morning.
Wagner takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Olvi Wagner has been cut.

Ulfsson clobbers Wagner with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wagner avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ulfsson throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Wagner throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Ulfsson counters with a body kick that stops Wagner in his tracks momentarily.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Ulfsson, right into the meat.
Whack! Ulfsson lands a heavy head kick that drops Wagner. The ref tackles Ulfsson to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Wagner was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Gunnbjorn Ulfsson!
