Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Papa Diop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and FOSTER Zwingman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zwingman has chosen Loungmeister - Ugress as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zwingman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Diop sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zwingman somewhat.
Zwingman lands a body shot.

Diop gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Zwingman throws a hook to the side of Diop's head but Diop sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Diop cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Zwingman stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
A punch lands to the side of Diop 's head but he takes it in his stride.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Zwingman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Diop had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zwingman defends it easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Papa Diop.
Well Diop has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
