Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Valio Mashinata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Tucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mashinata comes to the cage accompanied by Dinosaur song. Tom Tucker will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, David Schapiro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mashinata moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tucker looks to land a combination but Mashinata avoids it well.
Tucker lands a really nice looking cross but Mashinata seems unphased.

and Tucker counters with a straight right hand.

Tucker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mashinata sees it coming and avoids it easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mashinata is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Mashinata drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Tucker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mashinata has Tucker in his guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Tucker cracks Mashinata with an open hand slap.
Tucker lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Tucker bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Mashinata is rocked!
Tucker steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Mashinata is out on his feet! Tucker sets himself and nearly takes Mashinata's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
