Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronni Two Tone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goose Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goose Walters will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Two Tone drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Two Tone might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Walters utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Two Tone has gone for a leg lock! Walters slips out almost immediately though and dives into Two Tone's guard.

Two Tone has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Walters is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Walters is looking to improve his position but Two Tone isn't that keen on the idea.

Two Tone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Two Tone shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Walters's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Two Tone fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Walters sprawls well initially but Two Tone persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Two Tone drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Walters manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Two Tone has Walters in his guard.

Two Tone wants to hit a switch here but Walters passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Two Tone there!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Walters is trying to stick to Two Tone's back but Two Tone is turning into Walters. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Walters's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Two Tone.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Walters scores with a jab to the head.
Walters bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Two Tone's head backwards.
Nice straight punches there by Walters. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Walters.
Walters misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Walters lands a left and a right that send Two Tone crashing to the mat, dazed. Walters thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
