Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Li Tsang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Li Tsang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andy Pain!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsang fails with a takedown attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Tsang rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pain moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pain with a poor takedown
and Tsang counters with a three punch combo that has Pain backing up. Pain nods at Tsang to acknowledge the strikes.
Tsang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pain is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tsang.
Pain fails with the takedown
and Tsang counters with a head kick.
Pain tries for a takedown but Tsang circles away easily
and Tsang counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Pain is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Li Tsang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Pain.
Pain takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Pain.
Pain has his takedown stuffed
and Tsang counters with a left and a right that stings Pain.
Tsang moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tsang fails to land the takedown.
Tsang throws a right hand that Pain ducks under and follows up with a left that Pain also avoids with ease.
Pain misses with a takedown attempt
and Tsang counters with a one-two to the body.
Pain looks gassed!

Pain with a lazy takedown attempt
and Tsang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A left and a right from Tsang both land. Nice combination.
Tsang goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Tsang pushes Pain away with a front kick.
Danga de danga de dang - Tsang scores with a four punch combination!
Tsang lands a two punch combo.
Tsang throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pain on the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Left hook, right uppercut from Tsang.
Tsang stalks Pain and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pain's face. Pain staggers backwards, shaken.
Tsang is working the combinations to good effect here.
Tsang scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Tsang lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Tsang scores with a one two! Pain had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.


Pain is rocked!
Tsang throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Pain is still on wobbly legs! Can Tsang finish him?

Tsang scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Pain seems to have recovered his senses.
Tsang is thwarting Pain's attempts to control the position.

Tsang content to control rather than advance.
Pain is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Pain looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Tsang stands up from half guard.
Pain is trying desperately to land a takedown but Tsang is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Pain.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Pain shoots in but no luck this time.
Pain takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

and Tsang moves into the clinch.
Tsang tries for a takedown. No joy.
Pain looking for a takedown.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tsang wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Pain has him pressed against the cage.
Tsang tries to work over Pain's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Li Tsang dominated that round.
That's time! Tsang's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Pain feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Pain is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Pain thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Pain wants to pass the guard but Tsang is keeping the position.

Tsang is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Pain is controlling him.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pain thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Pain gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tsang to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Tsang loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tsang trying to stand up but can't free himself from Pain's guard.

Tsang got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pain has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tsang has managed to get both his arms back between Pain's legs - danger averted.
Tsang won't allow Pain to sweep him here.
Tsang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pain on the ground.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Pain is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tsang defends well.

Tsang has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Pain to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Tsang is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Pain pulls down on the head and he's put Tsang to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Andy Pain!
