The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Ogawa. No joy for Jones on that attempt.
Jones misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jones doesn't manage to clinch there - Ogawa circles away.
Ogawa looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ogawa manages to avoid it.
Jones fails with a takedown attempt.

Ogawa digs a good body shot into Jones's ribs.
Ogawa throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Ogawa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ogawa working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jones's head.
Ogawa makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Jones is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Jones has eaten all the pies!

Jones has momentary wrist control but Ogawa slips an elbow through the middle.
Ogawa lands a couple of decent looking shots.
