The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gump rushes Grgic and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Grgic throws a head punch that misses.
Gump prevents Grgic from breaking the clinch.
Gump keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Grgic's efforts to push away.
Grgic doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Gump gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Gump trying to control the position from guard on top but Grgic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Gump trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Grgic manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Gump really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grgic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gump shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gump showed some decent athleticism there.
Gump frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Gump can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Grgic is looking to escape.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Gump goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Grgic is on top in guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Grgic tries to get to his feet but Gump is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Grgic in his guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Petar Grgic overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Grgic slaps away a takedown attempt from Gump, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Gump clinches up against the ropes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Gump swats away the attempt to clinch by Grgic.
Grgic throws a series of punches but Gump avoids them all with ease.
