The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith works over Salvatore's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Nick Salvatore has been cut.
Smith ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Smith throws a series of punches but Salvatore moves out of range.
Nice defenses there by Salvatore.
A solid leg kick lands there for Smith.
Salvatore takes a swing at Smith's ribcage but misses.
Salvatore misses with a two punch combination.
Smith uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Salvatore falls off balance throwing a combination
and Smith counters with a left to the body.
Smith misses with a straight left.
Smith lands with a cross.
Smith cracks Salvatore with a hook to the temple - Salvatore is on wobbly legs here! Smith swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Salvatore falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Smith wins by TKO!
