Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Remy Dunga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jakob Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyler has chosen Throw the Heat - Mortician as his entrance music. Jakob Tyler has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dunga takes one to the side of the head.

Dunga is bucking up trying to escape but Tyler cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Dunga looks to score with a jab to the body but Tyler is just out of range.

Remy Dunga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Tyler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dunga swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tyler postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Dunga is looking to stand up but Tyler isn't so interested in that idea.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jakob Tyler dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Dunga has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tyler is proving hard to escape from.
