The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pekar looks to land a left hand but Sequeira moved out of range nicely.
Sequeira is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pekar sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A nice leg kick lands there from Pekar.
Sequeira uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pekar.
Pekar throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A slow jab from Pekar misses its intended target.
Pekar throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Pekar throws a looping overhand right but Sequeira ducks down to avoid it.
Pekar misses with a hook. Sequeira ducked under it nicely.
Pekar misses with an uppercut. Sequeira saw that one coming.
Pekar throws a nice outside leg kick.
Pekar scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Sequeira circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sequeira closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Pekar throws a lazy right hand but Sequeira sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

A big left from Pekar misses.
Pekar clobbers Sequeira with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Pekar scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

It looks like David Sequeira has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Pekar darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Oh Sequeira is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pekar scores with a shot to the body.
Pekar throws out a loose jab but Sequeira uses good head movement to avoid it.
