Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cung Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Simon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Li comes into the arena with B.Y.O.B blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Li.
A punch combination from Simon misses.
Simon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Li pinned against the cage. Li gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Simon connects with a looping right hand.
Li scores with a nice body kick.
Li throws a head kick but Simon moves out of range.
Li throws a head kick that misses.
Simon misses with a double jab.
Simon shoots in but no luck this time.
Li throws a left and a right that both miss

and Simon counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Li's guard now.
Simon wants to pass the guard but Li is keeping the position.

Li wants to stand up but Simon is controlling him.
Li on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Li tries to get out of the position.
Simon advances position into side control!

Simon is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Li has escaped the position, nice work there.
Simon in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Li wants to get back to his feet but Simon is dominant here and he's now got Li's back!
Simon is landing with strikes from the back.
Li controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

Simon patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Li is trying to defend against the choke here but Simon has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Simon Tightens the hold and Li taps out furiously! Simon displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
