Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tony Lase!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kwak Napieray!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Napieray with a nice cross.


It looks like Tony Lase has been cut.
Napieray swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Napieray lands with a good body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lase tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lase takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Napieray ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lase moves away.
Napieray lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Lase misses with an uppercut. Napieray saw that one coming.
Napieray uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lase.
A big left from Lase misses.
Lase drops his hands momentarily and Napieray takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Lase throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A slow jab from Lase misses its intended target.
Lase throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Napieray.
Lase fails in his attempt to clinch.
Napieray lands with a nice body punch.
Lase is breathing heavily.
Napieray ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Napieray stuns Lase with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Lase moves out of range as Napieray throws a body kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lase takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Napieray avoids the head kick by Lase.

Napieray feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lase sprawling to the canvas! Lase rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Napieray finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lase drops his hands momentarily. Napieray doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Lase staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Lase doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kwak Napieray!
