Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Longfellow Deeds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Back in Black. Deeds comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Evils Deeds kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deeds moves out of range of the body kick.
Deeds looks for a takedown but Black sprawls well.
Deeds throws a shot from downtown. Black moves away and avoids it.
Deeds fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A combination from Black does no damage.
Deeds throws a hook but Black blocks it.
Deeds takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Deeds digs a good hook to Black's body.

Deeds tries to score a power double leg takedown but Black sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Deeds somewhat.

Longfellow Deeds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Black throws a right and a left that Deeds avoids nicely.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Black throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Black moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Deeds misses with an uppercut.
Black scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Black shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Deeds is trying desperately to improve position.
Black can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Deeds is looking to escape.

Black lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Black.
