Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gunner Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Ray Buttkicker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Billy Ray Buttkicker!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buttkicker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grant is fending him off so far but Buttkicker persists. Nope, Grant circles away and we're back to standing.
Buttkicker shoots in but Grant avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Buttkicker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Billy Ray Buttkicker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A combination from Buttkicker does no damage.
Buttkicker tries to score a power double leg takedown but Grant sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Buttkicker somewhat.
Gunner Grant has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Ray Buttkicker.
Grant slips under a jab from Buttkicker.
Buttkicker lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Gunner Grant has been cut.
Grant fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Buttkicker, pushing him back against the cage.
Grant is working for takedown but Buttkicker is calmly controlling the position for now.
Grant manages to break the clinch.

Grant ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Buttkicker misses with a wild combination.
Buttkicker fails with the takedown.
Grant rushes Buttkicker and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Grant has hold of one of Buttkicker's legs. Buttkicker is fighting the takedown attempt but Grant gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Grant is really struggling to control Buttkicker but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Buttkicker wants to sweep here but Grant controlling him for the moment.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Buttkicker closes the distance and clinches up with Grant, looking for a takedown. Buttkicker pushes Grant against the cage but Grant circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Grant checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Grant fails with a takedown attempt.
Grant shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Buttkicker pinned against the cage. Buttkicker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Buttkicker misses with the combination.
Buttkicker connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Buttkicker throws a leg kick that misses.
Grant takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Grant is breathing heavily.
Grant avoids the head kick by Buttkicker.
Buttkicker misses with a body shot.
Buttkicker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Buttkicker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grant moves away.
Buttkicker tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Buttkicker works the jab nicely.
Buttkicker looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Grant!
Grant wants to hold on but Buttkicker pushes him away.

Buttkicker lands a nice shot to the head.
Grant might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
