Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Arcanjo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Turbo Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arcanjo comes into the arena with Sangue de Bairro by Naçao Zumbi blaring out of the sound system. Jones has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Miguel Arcanjo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Arcanjo shoots in looking for a takedown. Jones tries to sprawl out of it but Arcanjo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Arcanjo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jones has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jones and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Arcanjo frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Arcanjo has control of Jones's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Jones regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The referee warns Jones that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Arcanjo drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Arcanjo seems to have locked his on tight now - Jones screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Arcanjo, as he picks up the win!
