Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Russell Brand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brand's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Russell Brand and Katie Perry. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 7 - 1, fighting out of London, Russell Brand!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Skywalker!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skywalker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brand shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Skywalker pinned against the cage. Skywalker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Brand wants to clinch up but Skywalker keeps it at a distance.
Brand throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Skywalker's waist but Skywalker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brand off to one side.
Brand steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Skywalker.
Skywalker throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Brand really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Skywalker pushes Brand up against the ropes in a clinch.
Brand breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Skywalker throws a push kick but Brand slaps the foot to one side.
Brand misses with a head kick.
Skywalker shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brand napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Skywalker connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Brand some visible discomfort.
Skywalker creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Brand sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Skywalker postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Brand looks to land a combination. Skywalker sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

and Skywalker decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Brand's guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Skywalker can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Brand controls the pace.
Skywalker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Brand is controlling him.

Luke Skywalker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Brand's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well Skywalker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
