Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Auron Almasy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eduardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Almasy comes to the cage accompanied by Ram Jam - Black Betty. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Auron Almasy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almasy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Almasy stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Almasy wants it to stay on the feet.
Almasy throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.
Almasy lands a nice shot that snaps Gracie's head back.

It looks like Eduardo Gracie has been cut.
Gracie takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Almasy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.

Almasy drops Gracie with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gracie looks back up at him and smiles so Almasy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gracie is rocked!
Almasy is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Gracie flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Gracie is out cold! Almasy holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
