Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Colonel Chilcoat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Raton Vaquero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colonel Chilcoat has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Chilcoat as Vaquero shoots in.
Chilcoat lands a jab.
Vaquero shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Vaquero shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Vaquero takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Vaquero swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Chilcoat is now in Vaquero's guard. A big mistake from Vaquero there, giving up the dominant position!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Vaquero wants to clinch up but Chilcoat keeps it at a distance.

Vaquero closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Chilcoat did well to prevent Vaquero getting side control.

That was a close round but I would say that Colonel Chilcoat will probably get the nod.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Chilcoat lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Vaquero!
Chilcoat lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Chilcoat cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Vaquero might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Chilcoat kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Chilcoat loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Vaquero scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Chilcoat land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Chilcoat stands and salutes the crowd.
