The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welch connects with a single shot there.
Welch swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hadji.

Hadji throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Welch.
Hadji fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Welch manages to avoid it.
Hadji throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Welch stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hadji rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Welch moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Welch stalks Hadji and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hadji's face. Hadji staggers backwards, shaken.
A decent looking cross lands there for Welch.

Hadji changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Welch fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bryan Welch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hadji throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
