Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Logan Louise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Downer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downer stuffs the takedown.
Downer lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Logan Louise has been cut.
Some wild striking there from Downer.
Louise takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Logan Louise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Louise tries to score a power double leg takedown but Downer sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Louise somewhat.
Downer scores with a decent looking hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Louise closes this distance looking for a takedown but Downer circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Logan Louise. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Downer. No joy for Louise on that attempt.

Downer lands a left and a right that send Louise crashing to the mat, dazed. Downer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Louise is rocked!
Downer connects with a nice cross there... Louise is looking wobbly and Downer recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Louise to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Downer jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
