The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McThai tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jackson is able to avoid easily.
Jackson keeps the fight on the outside.
McThai wants to clinch.
McThai stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McThai wants it to stay on the feet.
No luck for Jackson with that takedown attempt.
McThai looks to land a combination but Jackson avoids it well.
Jackson shoots for a takedown but McThai saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Blake McThai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kingdom Jackson.
McThai misses with a takedown attempt
and Jackson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in McThai's guard.
