The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Henderson lands with a kick to the temple. Sheppard shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Adam Sheppard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sheppard closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Henderson did well to prevent Sheppard getting side control.

That was a close round but I would say that Jamie Henderson will probably get the nod.
