Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Martin Kampmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DrZawi Hawass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kampmann comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne - Knockout ft. Nicki Minaj. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kampmann misses with a takedown attempt - Hawass sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A right-left combo lands from Hawass.
Hawass scores with a jab. Kampmann acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Hawass displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Nice straight punches there by Hawass. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hawass.
Hawass lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Hawass.
Hawass throws a series of strikes that have Kampmann backpedaling.
Kampmann shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hawass defends it nicely.
Hawass throws out a powerful jab.
Kampmann walks into a stiff left hand from Hawass.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hawass lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kampmann backs up against the cage.
Hawass clobbers Kampmann with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Hawass scores with a jab to the head.
Hawass works over Kampmann's head and body with a nice combination.
Hawass stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hawass wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Martin Kampmann. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hawass goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
DrZawi Hawass seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hawass scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hawass paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Nice cross by Hawass.
Kampmann on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hawass lands the left hand.
Kampmann is rocked!
Hawass throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Kampmann stumbling backwards into the cage! Kampmann bounces back off the cage towards Hawass, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Hawass lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Hawass celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). DrZawi Hawass!
