The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wewito throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Margarito.
Margarito misses with a few strikes there.
Wewito loads up on a big right hand but Margarito slips the punch.
Margarito shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Wewito - that will leave a mark!
Margarito misses with a double jab.
Margarito fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Margarito looks gassed!

Wewito drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wewito looking to sit in guard and control but Margarito gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Wewito knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Margarito on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Margarito takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
