The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Cabbage Patched.
Stormrage shoots and misses
and Patched connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cabbage Patched has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Illidan Stormrage.

Patched bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Stormrage is looking for a sweep.
Stormrage seems a little lost for a moment, as Patched dominates the positioning.

Patched seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Stormrage for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

A punch lands to the side of Stormrage 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Stormrage shoots in and bounces Patched off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Stormrage keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Patched's head.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Patched is on top in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Patched fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stormrage on the side of the head.

Stormrage takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Patched tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stormrage swivels and escapes.
Patched scores with a hook to the body. Stormrage takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Stormrage takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Patched is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Stormrage has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Stormrage!
