The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawke's corner calls for a 1-2. Hawke obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Hawke throws a series of punches but Cox moves out of range.
Hawke connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cox. Cox circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hawke throws a wild body kick that Cox sees coming a mile off.
Hawke lands with a shot to the body.
Hawke keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Hawke lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Nice uppercut lands for Hawke. That snapped Cox's head back.

Cox takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Hawke lands an overhand right.
Cox looks gassed!

Hawke lands a left and a right that send Cox crashing to the mat, dazed. Hawke thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cox is rocked!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Cox fails with a takedown attempt.
Cox shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nathan Hawke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Perry Cox.

Hawke drops Cox with a beautiful combination! Cox stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hawke is looking for the KO!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hawke feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Cox crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
