The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ralph misses with an uppercut. London saw that one coming.
Leland Ralph seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
London staying out of range there.
Ralph thows a body shot but no joy.

London has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ralph is trying to hold London in close to prevent damage but London has managed to pass into half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ralph throws an overhand right that lands on London's shoulder, as London tries to avoid the shot.

London shoots in for a takedown but Ralph shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Horrible takedown by London or perhaps it was just good defense by Ralph which made him look bad.
Ralph lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ralph looks to land a left hand but London moved out of range nicely.

Leland Ralph showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ralph. London does a little dance to reset his feet.

The fighters circling - Ralph throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
London uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ralph.
London avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

London closes the distance and clinches up with Ralph, looking for a takedown. London pushes Ralph against the cage but Ralph circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

London darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Ralph regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from London.

I would just about give that final round to Leland Ralph.
I think Ralph has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
