Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dymi koscheck! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Badau Aguiar! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aguiar shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. koscheck is trying to defend but Aguiar finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Aguiar is controlling the pace.
Aguiar frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Aguiar jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but koscheck manages to avoid the submission attempt. Aguiar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but koscheck is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aguiar has hold of koscheck's arm. He's looking for a kimura. koscheck seems comfortable defending it but Aguiar has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! koscheck is real pain and he's forced to tap out! koscheck is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Aguiar couldn't care less - he's delighted!
