The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Syrovyu catches Brit with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

It looks like Johnny Brit has been cut.
Some wild striking there from Brit.
Syrovyu changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Syrovyu scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Brit lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Syrovyu looks to score with a jab to the body but Brit is just out of range.
Syrovyu throws a lazy right hand but Brit sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Syrovyu fails to land with a series of punches.
Syrovyu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Syrovyu bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Brit's head.
A combination from Brit does no damage.
Brit tries to clinch up but Syrovyu circles away and keeps his distance.
Syrovyu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brit walks into a left hand.
Brit takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Brit tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Syrovyu was well out of range. Poor timing from Brit.
Brit connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Syrovyu's hands.
Syrovyu throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brit walks into a left hand.
Syrovyu swinging wildly here.
Syrovyu lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Brit looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brit doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Syrovyu lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Brit is looking to close the distance but Syrovyu sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Brit crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Brit is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
