Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daisuke Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krunoslav Slabinac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suzuki comes to the cage accompanied by Stranglehold by Ted Nugent. Slabinac has chosen OŠINI PO PRAŠINI as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slabinac throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Suzuki turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Daisuke Suzuki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Suzuki does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Slabinac shoots in and bounces Suzuki off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Slabinac got a little sloppy there for a moment and Suzuki has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Slabinac has managed to get both his arms back between Suzuki's legs - danger averted.
Slabinac seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Suzuki has a hand on Slabinac's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Slabinac takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Suzuki reaches up to try and control the position but Slabinac seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Suzuki rolls and tries to escape and now Slabinac has his back!
Slabinac has the hooks in. Suzuki is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Suzuki manages to reverse the position and now he's in Slabinac's guard. Nice work there by Suzuki.
