Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vin Ner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ner comes to the cage accompanied by Just Another Victim by Helmet&House Of Pain. Fred Ramon has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vin Ner's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Ner.
Ramon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Ramon wants to clinch.
Fred Ramon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramon shoots in but Ner avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ner scoring well with a low kick there.
Ramon shoots in and drives through. Ner sprawls well.
Vin Ner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fred Ramon.
Ramon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ner tries to avoid it but Ramon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ner to the ground. Ner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ner misses with an uppercut.
Ner throws a big shot that misses.
Ner connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Ner cracks Ramon with an open hand slap.
Ner connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ramon. Ramon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ramon fails with the takedown.
Ramon looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ramon tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Ramon is looking to clinch but Ner is avoiding it.
Ner moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ramon takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Ner bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ner lands with a shot to the body.
Ner connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ner moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Ner lands a really nice looking cross but Ramon seems unphased.
Ramon takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ner is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Ner connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ramon. Ramon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ner connects with a looping right hand.
Ner takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Ramon is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ner is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Ramon.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ner, as that shot connected.
Ramon takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ner connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ramon momentarily.

Ramon is rocked!
Ramon walks straight into a right hand from Ner - that's dropped him! Ner jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Ramon from any more punishment! Ramon complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
