The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chino defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Aberton.
Aberton tries to close the distance and clinch but Chino swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chino circles away from the clinch attempt.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Chino.
Alpha Chino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chino tests Aberton's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Klas Aberton has been cut.
The fighters circling - Chino throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Aberton tries to close the distance and clinch but Chino swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Chino lands a big right hand that sends Aberton crashing to the mat! Chino stays standing though and waves Aberton back to his feet!
Aberton shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chino sprawls well. Chino wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Aberton gets slowly back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd cheers as Aberton lands an impressive looking overhand right. Chino doesn't seem phased though.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Chino lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Chino tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Aberton paws at him with a jab and circles away.
