Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tauno Tasalakki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sendo Takeshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Takeshi's choice of entrance music: 2Pac - Hit 'Em Up. Tauno Tasalakki has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeshi throws a right and a left that Tasalakki avoids nicely.
Tasalakki misses with a wild combination.
Tasalakki swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Takeshi avoids a kick to the body.
Takeshi throws a right hand that Tasalakki ducks under and follows up with a left that Tasalakki also avoids with ease.
Tasalakki tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Takeshi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tasalakki throws a hook but Takeshi blocks it.
Nice uppercut lands for Takeshi. That snapped Tasalakki's head back.
Takeshi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tasalakki stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Takeshi misses with an uppercut. Tasalakki saw that one coming.

Takeshi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Tasalakki is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Takeshi.
Tasalakki lands a nice hook to Takeshi's body. Takeshi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Tasalakki tries to close the distance and clinch but Takeshi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tasalakki pivots, looking for a leg kick but Takeshi is out of range and Tasalakki settles back down.
Tasalakki will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Takeshi counters with a stiff right hand.
Tasalakki dives in and grabs Takeshi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Takeshi pushes down on Tasalakki's head and hops out.

and Takeshi counters with a nice uppercut.
Tasalakki throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Takeshi's head.
Tasalakki throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
A right-left combo lands from Takeshi.

Takeshi dips to his left and cracks Tasalakki with an uppercut!

The fighters circling - Tasalakki throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

and Tasalakki counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tasalakki.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Takeshi.

A battle for position here, against the cage.
Takeshi blocks an elbow strike from Tasalakki.
Tasalakki keeps control of Takeshi as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Takeshi digs a right hand underneath Tasalakki's ribcage. Tasalakki let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Takeshi tries to circle away but Tasalakki has him pinned against the cage.
Tasalakki drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Takeshi gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tauno Tasalakki. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Takeshi lands a body shot.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Tasalakki.
Tasalakki lands a left hand that snaps the head of Takeshi backwards.
Tasalakki is trying to maintain a safe position but Takeshi gets an underhook and turns Tasalakki into the cage.

Takeshi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tasalakki. Tasalakki obviously looking to wear him down.
Tasalakki rushes Takeshi and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Tasalakki misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Takeshi.
Takeshi has had enough of the clinch but Tasalakki keeps him there for the moment.

Takeshi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tasalakki moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Crunch! Tasalakki slams his shin into Takeshi's torso.
Takeshi throws a series of punches but Tasalakki moves out of range.
Tasalakki throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Takeshi is rocked!
Takeshi misses with a few strikes there.
Takeshi is still on wobbly legs! Can Tasalakki finish him?
Tasalakki cracks Takeshi with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Takeshi falls to his knees and Tasalakki doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tauno Tasalakki!
