Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krzysztof Soszynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marvin Meis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meis has chosen marvelous time as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soszynski takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Meis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Soszynski swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Meis looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Meis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Soszynski's head.
Meis slips a nice elbow through Soszynski's hands, connecting with Soszynski's forehead.
The fighters are battling for position here. Soszynski manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Soszynski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Meis gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Meis makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Meis throws a strike but Soszynski rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Krzysztof Soszynski.

Meis swings around for an armbar but Soszynski sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Meis's guard.

Meis tries to buck Soszynski off so he can stand up but Soszynski has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Meis falls backwards, slamming Soszynski to the mat but Soszynski holds on tight! Meis is forced to tap and this one is all over!
