Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Tony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dan Wade!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tony dodges the punch combination from Wade.
Tony blocks a low kick nicely.
Tony swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Wade to counter with a crisp jab.
Wade tries to score with a low kick but Tony moves his leg out of the way.
Wade attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Wade throws a big shot that misses.
Wade just misses with a punch to the body.
Wade swings for the body but Tony moves out of range.
Tony fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wade avoids it really well and circles away.
Tony throws a hook but Wade avoids it easily.
Tony uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wade.

Tony lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Tony circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tony's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Tony duly obliges.

Wade does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Wade stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wade wants it to stay on the feet.

Nice uppercut lands for Wade. That snapped Tony's head back.

Wade slips a jab from Tony.
Wade throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Wade throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tony sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Wade avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tony, as that shot connected.
Tony moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Wade feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tony's calf.
Dan Wade is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tony closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wade did well to prevent Tony getting side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tony can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wade is looking to escape.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tony fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
James Tony overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Tony misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Wade wants to slow Tony down by chopping away at his legs.
A nice leg kick lands there from Wade.
Wade comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Wade bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tony's guard.
Wade controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Tony working for submissions but it's allowed Wade to get to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wade in particular looking to stall.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Tony is looking for a sweep. Wade is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Wade wants to free his trapped foot but Tony is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Tony has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wade is working away from the top position though.
Wade is taking a breather. Tony says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tony wants to sweep but Wade has passed to side control!
Tony tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Wade is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Tony will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Dan Wade has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Wade content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Tony gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
James Tony is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Tony is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Tony wants to control but Wade is keeping busy and won't allow it.
