Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Elliott Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Landry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Spencer is defended easily by Landry.
Spencer shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Spencer trying to control the action but Landry is working from the bottom.
Landry is controlling Spencer's trapped leg to prevent Spencer from advancing to side control.
Landry keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Landry is trying to stand back up but Spencer is controlling him
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Spencer is pressing down on Landry's thigh, looking to free his foot. Landry is holding on for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Spencer is keen to just control but Landry is a slippery customer.
Spencer is nestled in close to Landry, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Landry is refusing to be controlled, as Spencer sits in half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Spencer in particular looking to stall.
Landry tries to roll over but Spencer keeps him under control.
Spencer is trying to control the action in half guard but Landry is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Elliott Spencer.

and Spencer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nice takedown defense from Landry. No joy for Spencer on that attempt.

Spencer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Landry but Landry pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Spencer is breathing heavily.
Spencer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Landry.

Landry misses with a series of wild punches.
Spencer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Landry circles away.
Landry lands a big right hand that sends Spencer crashing to the mat! Landry stays standing though and waves Spencer back to his feet!
Spencer is rocked!
It looks like Elliott Spencer has been cut.
Landry drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Spencer's head, knocking him out cold! Landry is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
