Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tim Arnold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eino Nappi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nappi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. O Fortuna kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Eino Nappi will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Eino Nappi!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arnold has a takedown stuffed.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Nappi is looking for a triangle here but Arnold uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Nappi is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Arnold is trying to control the action in half guard but Nappi is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Nappi is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Arnold pulls his head out easily.
Nappi wants to improve his position but Arnold is controlling well.

Nappi wants to sweep here but Arnold controlling him for the moment.

Nappi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Arnold defends well.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tim Arnold will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Arnold wants to control from the top but Nappi keeps moving.

Arnold got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nappi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Arnold has managed to get both his arms back between Nappi's legs - danger averted.

Arnold has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Nappi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Arnold doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Nappi is tightening it up a little... Arnold has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Arnold reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Arnold taps out! nice BJJ there by Nappi!
