The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tannen looks to score with a jab to the body but Lagove is just out of range.
Tannen misses with a looping right.
Lagove throws a predictable looking body shot
and Tannen counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lagove thinking.
Tannen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lagove moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lagove showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tannen.
Tannen scores with the left hand. Lagove knows he should have avoided that one.
Tannen lands a slapping body shot.
Lagove shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Tannen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lagove manages to avoid it.
Tannen tests Lagove's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Tannen works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Tannen drops Lagove with a beautiful combination! Lagove stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tannen is looking for the KO!

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Tannen has cracked Lagove with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Tannen lands another huge swinging hook and Lagove tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Lagove, before Tannen can land any more shots!
