The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutten uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Agron has time to react.

It looks like Evsei Agron has been cut.
Evsei Agron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Agron is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Rutten avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Agron doesn't manage to clinch there - Rutten circles away.
No joy there for Rutten, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Agron tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Rutten lands a big uppercut and Agron crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Agron looks OK. Rutten waves Agron back to his feet!

Agron moves in looking to clinch but Rutten pushes him off.

Agron loses concentration momentarily and Rutten pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Agron crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Rutten finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
