The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kloss tries to keep at a distance but Vantaggiato has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kloss lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Vantaggiato is trying to drag Kloss to the mat but Kloss just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Vantaggiato gets through Kloss's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Kloss got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vantaggiato has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kloss has managed to get both his arms back between Vantaggiato's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nolan Kloss.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kloss, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
