Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Robbie Griffen!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gschwend shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gschwend showed some decent athleticism there.

Gschwend is working for a kimura but Griffen is defending it quite comfortably.
Griffen pushes Gschwend off looking to stand but Gschwend dives back in and keeps control.

Gschwend is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Griffen defends it well.
Griffen is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gschwend looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Gschwend seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Griffen is trying to stand up here but Gschwend is controlling him well.
Griffen is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Gschwend scores with a couple of nice shots.

Griffen pushes Gschwend off, looking to escape but Gschwend dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Griffen is forced to tap! The fight is over!
