The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barros dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Silva. That did some damage!
Barros leaves Silva with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Barros drops his hands momentarily and Silva takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Barros rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silva moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Silva lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Silva connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Barros! He's out on his feet! Silva rushes in and drops Barros with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
