Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hadley Jagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abula Babu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abula Babu will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jagger manages to avoid it.
Babu swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jagger pivots, looking for a leg kick but Babu is out of range and Jagger settles back down.
A looping hook to the body misses from Babu. Jagger does a little dance to reset his feet.
Babu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jagger moves away.
Jagger lands a jab to Babu's midsection.

Babu gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jagger to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Jagger wants to pass the guard but Babu is keeping the position.

Jagger thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Jagger drops back, looking for a kneebar! Babu looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Babu looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Babu!

Babu throws a lazy right hand but Jagger sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Babu throws a looping overhand right but Jagger ducks down to avoid it.
Jagger drops his hands momentarily and Babu takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Jagger throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Babu throws a looping overhand right but Jagger ducks down to avoid it.

Babu drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Jagger shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Babu is rocked!

Jagger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Babu looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Babu is still in real trouble! Can Jagger finish him?

Jagger is working to tighten is grip on Babu's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Babu has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Jagger is really squeezing tight and eventually Babu passes out! Jagger breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
