Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joseilito Marreta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aziz Karaoglu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marreta comes to the cage accompanied by Sabao Cra Cra. Aziz Karaoglu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karaoglu moves forwards but Marreta connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Aziz Karaoglu has been cut.

Karaoglu has hold of one of Marreta's legs. Marreta is fighting the takedown attempt but Karaoglu gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Marreta gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Karaoglu goes for a takedown in the clinch but Marreta prevents it.
Karaoglu has Marreta pressed against the cage, preventing Marreta from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Marreta tries to pull guard but Karaoglu holds him up against the cage and eventually Marreta drops back down to his feet.

Karaoglu tightens his grip and picks Marreta up, before dumping him to the ground. Marreta manages to land in guard.
Karaoglu passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Karaoglu is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Marreta looks calm but he's in trouble here. Karaoglu gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Marreta is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Karaoglu lets go of the hold and Marreta can pop his arm back in it's socket.
